HOW TO RENT SPACE:
You can rent the room on a 70/30 split with a minimum non-refundable $20 fee.
You can rent on the 70/30 plan or the hourly rental plan, but you'll need to let us know which option you prefer when you book the room. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 720-420-9666.
70/30 Split (Minimum $20 non-refundable fee)
On a 70/30 split, you keep 70 percent of your earnings for the event/meeting/class and we receive 30 percent for the use of the room. This is perfect for those who are starting new classes and are not sure how many people will be able to attend. It's a great way to get started and build up your class attendance! Our minimum fee for a 70/30 split is a $20 non-refundable fee for room space. The $20 minimum fee is due when you book your room space. The $20 will be deducted from your overall fee when settlement occurs after your event.
Please note: Free, donation or love offering based classes, meetings or workshops are not eligible for a 70/30 split. For these type classes, presenters must rent the room on an hourly basis. Thank you.
Hourly Classroom Rental Fee
Please include an additional 15-30 minutes in your rental time for setup, clean-up, and tear-down. For example, if your event lasts one hour, then schedule two hours to allow ample time before and after your event. If you run over the allotted time for your rental, then the hourly rate will apply.

6 hours or more, $130 flat rate
We require full payment at time of booking if your total rental fee is $100 or less. If your total rental fee is over $100, you must pay a deposit of half the total amount at time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due two weeks before your event. We accept credit card, debit, Paypal or cash payment.
Some events may require a credit card on file to cover an additional damage deposit. The waiving of a damage deposit is based on the condition of the room after your event. Otherwise, there will be no additional charge.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Changes to one or more dates that have already been booked shall incur a $25 administrative fee.
How do I book rental space?
Confirm the availability of your date and time on our online calendar. Send a space request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details or contact Cheryl Ramsey at 720-420-9666.
What kind of information do I need to send to book a space?
We need your picture or a picture relevant to the event (please send pictures by separate email attachment, not embedded in a Word doc. This information needs to be sent to us before the 5th of the prior month to your event so that we have ample time to put the information on our web, in our newsletter, etc.

**Please note that teachers and presenters are responsible for their own class sign ups and registrations along with their attendee’s payment. Include your contact phone and/or email info with your class description write up so that your students or attendees can contact your directly to sign up for your event. Teachers and presenters must also remember to bring either a Square/Paypal reader or money with them to make change if they are accepting cash payments on the day of the event. We will not run any credit card payments for teachers or presenters.**
How do I book an ongoing weekly or monthly class?
Ongoing classes may be set up in advance as long as they do not conflict with previously scheduled events. Review our calendar to confirm a recurring day and time. We also suggest you pick another recurring day and time as a second choice.
How do I know my space is reserved?
Cheryl Ramsey will contact you to discuss and/or confirm your request. Your reservation is tentative until all deposits and paperwork have been completed. Once finalized, your reservation will be posted to the calendar.
Am I allowed to bring outside food and drink into the room?
Yes, you are allowed to bring outside food and drink into the room. You are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of leftovers and trash.
How early or late can I rent space?
The room is available during our store hours, which are Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, or it can be made available for extended times. We ask that events be over no later than 9:00 p.m., and that all participants leave the grounds at this time. Any event to be held earlier or later than store hours MUST be approved by Cheryl Ramsey.
How much time do I have to set up before my event?
You must include setup, clean-up, and tear-down in your rental time. If you run over the allotted rental time, then the hourly rate will apply.
Does the room have tables and chairs?
Yes, the room has both tables and chairs available for up to 25 people. You are responsible for the setup and tear-down of all tables, chairs, and equipment for your event.
What kind of equipment is available?
We offer Zoom web conferencing for your events, at an additional cost for set up and recording. Call Cheryl Ramsey for pricing at 720-420-9666.
Are promotional efforts made for those who rent space?
We have an area in our store where you may post a flyer for your event and you may bring additional fliers to leave on our information shelf. If you'd like to mail your fliers, mail them to our office address: 8704 Yates Dr., Ste 120 Westminster, CO 80031. Your event will also be noted on our Web calendar, Meetup, Facebook and in our newsletter. Otherwise, you are responsible for all promotion, advertising, and marketing of your event. Please note that if you need us to print your flyer there is an extra fee.
